Our associated partner contributes specialized expertise that strengthens the scientific and technical foundations of IMPROVE PRETERM. While not a full beneficiary of the grant, the associated partner plays an essential role in data integration, platform development, and long-term sustainability of the project’s research infrastructure.
The associated partner supports cross-country data quality, ensures alignment with ethical and technical standards, and collaborates closely with the consortium to advance research that improves outcomes for children and adults born very preterm.
University of Zurich (Universität Zürich – University of Zurich, UZH) advanced expertise in neonatology, epidemiology, and data infrastructure through the Swiss Neonatal Network and Registry. UZH plays a key role in integrating high-quality clinical data, supporting platform sustainability, and strengthening the overall capacity of IMPROVE PRETERM to generate robust, long-term evidence.
