
Inserm Transfert

Inserm Transfert is the private subsidiary of INSERM – Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale (National Institute for Health and Medical Research – INSERM) – created in 2000 and operating under a Public Service Concession to support innovation and technology transfer in the life sciences. Inserm Transfert is dedicated to technology transfer, from invention disclosure to industrial partnerships and includes a large team dedicated to the management of collaborative projects in the field of life sciences and health. The collaborative research funding department of IT has more than 20 years of experience in such activity and is certified ISO 9001:v2015.
Within IMPROVE PRETERM, Inserm Transfert supports project management, ethics, and administrative coordination, ensuring smooth collaboration across partners and compliance with European research and innovation standards. By bridging scientific expertise with operational excellence, Inserm Transfert plays a key role in guiding the project’s governance and enabling efficient, well-structured delivery of activities throughout the consortium. Inserm Transfert is part of the IMPROVE PRETERM Project Management Team and will make sure the project runs smoothly and reaches its objectives.
Marie Hauduroy

Marie joined Inserm Transfert in 2019 and is a Senior Project Manager in the Collaborative Research Funding Department. She holds an Engineer’s degree and a Master’s degree in Agro-business Innovation Management. With a background in consulting, Marie has over 12 years’ experience in project management, supporting multidisciplinary teams and large-scale collaborative projects. She brings strong expertise in project management and the coordination of complex collaborative research projects.
Delphine Smagghe

Delphine is part of the Project Management Team. She joined Inserm Transfert in 2006 and is the Deputy Director of the Collaborative Research Funding department.
She has a strong track record in installing and managing international research projects within the last 20 years (6th and 7th EU framework programme, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, Investissements d’avenir). Delphine also leads the neurosciences group within the Collaborative Research Funding department, with a portfolio of 7 collaborative projects. She holds a Master’s degree in Agro-business Innovation Management and a Master’s degree in chemical formulation.
