
The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) is Norway’s largest University with more than 40,000 students. NTNU awards 400 PhD degrees yearly within the fields of technology, science, arts and humanities, social sciences and medicine. NTNU encompasses eight faculties and 55 departments.
Research at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences covers a wide range of topics related to medicine and health. Our research ranges from basic research to translational and applied research. The faculty provides education in most areas within health and medicine. We educate qualified candidates for the health sector, as well as health-related research, business and management.
In IMPROVE PRETERM, NTNU will lead work packages on follow-up and early intervention services and vaccination policies and take a major role in the research use cases analyses using register and clinical cohort data.
